2. I look for a good match nearby and introduce you both by email.
3. You set up a playdate at your place, theirs or a park, whatever suits you both.

It's free. Your details are only shared with a match, and only with your OK. Make sure your puppy is healthy and up to date on the vaccines your vet recommends before meeting other dogs.
